Cancellation & Refund Policy

RAIL ROLLS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made 1 hour before delivery, and cancellations after this period will not be entertained.
- In case you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect food items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team immediately. However, refund or replacement requests will only be processed after the issue has been verified and confirmed by the merchant.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as s hown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Any refunds approved by RAIL ROLLS PRIVATE LIMITED will be considered based solely on the specific circumstances of each case, and will not be subject to automatic acceptance or rejection.
