Our Story
The Spark of an Idea : Shibin, the co-founder of Rail Rolls, was inspired to start the venture during his college days in Bangalore. Frequent train journeys to Kerala made him acutely aware of the poor and unhygienic food options available on trains. To avoid these, he began purchasing chicken rolls from the city before boarding, which sparked the idea of offering high-quality, hygienic rolls directly on railway platforms and trains—benefiting countless passengers. Driven by this vision, Shibin assembled a skilled team of friends to bring Rail Rolls to life. The team is currently in the ideation phase, conducting market research and focusing on product development to ensure a successful launch.

Holds a diploma in Hospitality and Culinary with experience in Pullman DCC five-star hotel. Leads the research and development initiatives for Rail Rolls.
